Avon Repfest 2019

What is Avon Repfest? Repfest is a convention for Avon Reps where we see what is coming out in the 4th quarter of the year and we socialize with each other and attend trainings. There was training classes on how to build your business and find new customers. There were classes on team building and how to inspire and motivate your team. There were classes on product training.

In the Product Expo we got to preview and try the upcoming products. We even got a free about 10 free products as we worked our way around the room. Avon USA is being bought by LG House and Home. So we wil be receiving some great Korean makeup in our product line as well as other products. These new products will probably show up in the brochue in October.

We had demonstrations from Chi Products which we will be partnering with as we make the merge with LG.

When Suk Cha came and spoke to us, he was very personable, and well spoken. We learned that in Korea they used the same model as Avon with the individual reps. They had 20,000 reps in a country that is 1% the size of the US. He is excited for growth as you can imagine!


I am excited to see what new products will be coming here. LG has this description of their makeup on their website:
